Low Carb Coconut Chocolate Cake

About the Recipe

Chocolate Cake is one of the biggest craving one has on a low carb diet, You don't have to crave for it anymore because this recipe will not just satisfy your craving for chocolate but will introduce you to your new favorite flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup SupaEats Coconut Flour blend

  • 1/2 Cup Cocoa Powder

  • 3/4 Cup Sugar Substitute

  • 6 Tablespoon Melted Butter

  • 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder

  • 1/4 Teaspoon Pink/Sea Salt

  • 5 Large eggs

  • Vanilla Extract (optional)

Preparation

Preparation:


  • Swift together Coconut flour blend, Baking powder and Salt.

  • Mix Cocoa Powder in melted butter.

  • Whisk eggs till frothy and add Sugar Substitute to it, Mix well.

  • Add Vanilla extract to the mixture (Optional)

  • Add Cocoa butter and Flour mix in egg's mix, whisk well.


Baking:


  • Pre-heat oven at 350 Deg F.

  • Grease 9-inch cake pan, line with parchment paper, then grease the parchment paper.

  • Pour the batter in the pan and bake for 25-35 min, check with a toothpick if its fully done.
