LOW CARB AND GLUTEN FREE PIZZA

About the Recipe

Pizza is a big NO if you are on KETO diet. This recipe is a game changer, it uses SupaEats Almond Flour Flatbread to bake a low carb pizza that will make you completely forget about the regular pizza. You will never crave for pizza after eating this.

Ingredients

1 SupaEats Almond flour flatbread

1/2 Cup mozzarella cheese

1 Tbsp tomato sauce

1 Tbsp mayonnaise some chopped yellow and red capsicum/ bell peppers

1 Tsp oregano

1 Tbsp chopped black olives

Preparation

Spread tomato sauce and mayonnaise on the Almond flat bread.

Arrange all the veggies and olives.

Top with mayonnaise, sprinkle dried oregano.

Bake pizza in a preheated oven for 10 minutes at 180° C/350° F. Enjoy!
